Our Story
What began in a single classroom in Southern California is now transforming math instruction across the country.
Founded by Si Swun, an immigrant and former English learner, Swun Math was created to empower students and support educators with a model rooted in research, real-world connections, and a passion for equity.
Today, our approach supports over 100,000 students annually, helping underperforming students grow to proficiency — and proficient students soar.

Working with the SWUN team has been exceptional. The coaches truly work hand-in-hand with our teachers, principals, and district math coaching staff. Our students are thriving in both their mathematical practices and reasoning skills. Foundational to the program structure, is the program's ability to build confidence in both our students and teachers.
